• We have multiple lead generation sources so there's no working till late to try book appointments, Proactively reach out to homeowners via phone to introduce our range of home improvement products.


• Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.


• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to generate interest and excitement.


• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our Field Sales Representatives to conduct in-home presentations.


• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
  
  Previous experience in telesales or appointment setting is required, specifically insulation or wall coatings.


• Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.


• Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
