Full Job Description

  • Follow standard operating procedures to meet the agreed performance requirements.

  • Receiving customer returns, unpacking items, and verifying returns paperwork.

  • Inspecting all returned products to ensure they have been returned correctly and are processed in accordance with GXO and the Client's terms and conditions.

  • Processing customer returned orders as quickly and efficiently as possible whilst always ensuring accuracy and quality control.

    A fantastic attitude with the desire to learn and develop your skills and experience

  • Strong communication written and verbal communication skills

  • Warehouse experience would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided

  • A safety-focused, detail-oriented, and conscientious approach to your work
