Full Job Description

Supports the Factory/Market to achieve targets and sustain the gains through WCO implementation, coordinating, coaching, training and supporting all WCO activities. Collaboration with the Segment Head of WCO and WCO network.
The successful candidate, through their own project work and close liaison with all members of the WCO organisaiton will ensure the WCO programme efficiently and effectively and delivers the budgeted financial savings agreed. They will also promote a continuous improvement culture to meet business objectives in the short and long term.
Main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Development of an opportunity matrix and support leadership to execute the CRP plan

  • Delivery of operational and financial results

  • Development of the improvement structure and culture within the business including

  • + Data capture and analysis
    + Review systems (Short interval, daily, weekly)
    + Assisting in appropriate resource allocation for CI and day to day business
    + Developing improvement skills in the functional teams by formal training, on the job coaching
    + Developing the improvement culture and mindset through appropriate leadership, role modelling, workshops and coaching
  • Review the status of projects, assisting with completion of projects within the process, to agreed timescales and budgeted delivery.


  • The successful candidate will possess an excellent understanding of production processes and key business processes and have experience working within a similar role within an international company with a key focus on change management. They will also have an upstanding of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM Tools and Techniques and be able to building effective relationships with stakeholders through successful leadership and interpersonal skills.
