Full Job Description

  • Coordinate the organisation and maintenance of product-related digital content.

  • Facilitating the gathering, organisation, and upload of product data onto the website.

  • Conduct regular site audits to identify any data gaps or errors.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information on the website.

  • Support the Implementation and optimisation of PIM processes to streamline product data workflow.


    • Website Maintenance and Optimization
  • Assist with executing the critical path for the website.

  • Support the Web Product Executive with tasks that require data cleansing, importing and validating.

  • Support the Senior Web Content Executive with product uploads and product launches.

  • Assist with the activation and maintenance of product updates and on-site content.


    • Performance Analytics
  • Utilise analytics tools to track website performance metrics, including those related to product pages.

  • Provide regular reports to management on website and product information performance.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.

    Must have experience working in an Ecommerce Executive, Ecommerce Assistant, Data Ecommerce, Ecommerce Trading or similar role.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Excellent collaboration skills with experience working across teams.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Exceptionally organised with excellent project management skills.

  • Creative thinker and problem solver who is always keen to improve ways of working.
