Weekend Restaurant Receptionist

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Weekend Receptionist to join our team at La Casa. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience.,

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries


• Answer phone calls


• Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies


• Coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient service


• Handle payments and process transactions accurately


• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area
  
  Previous experience in a customer service role preferred


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


• Proficiency in using reservation management software (experience with OpenTable or similar platforms is a plus), Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  
  Job Types: Part-time, Permanent


Pay: £8.50-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week
