Phillips 66 Operational Support - Immingham, Wincanton are recruiting for an operations support to cover Scheduling, Order Taking and operational shift cover. There may be an occasional need to travel to our Kingsbury site to assist at the depot. A full valid driving license is desirable., Main duties of the role will be offering support to the Scheduling team as well as the customer service/ordering team and operations team. This role requires an element of flexibility as shift times and days may change due to operational need. This is a varied role where you able to gain knowledge and experience in a number of different operational areas.

• 40 hours per week



• SAP Experience Preferable



• Routing & Scheduling tools experience



• Customer Service Experience, SAP



• Oracle



• Microsoft Office Packages



• Customer Service



• Working in a fast paced environment



• H&S Safety Knowledge



• Tachograph Knowledge & Working Time Directive



• Must not have more than 6 points on your licence



• Flexibility and the will to learn new skills and to undertake new challenges

Working 5 days out of 7 on a mixed shift pattern including days and nights and weekends, start times as follows:
