More detail about the role: Timely and accurate provision of workforce information including census returns as required by Directors, Managers, NHS South West and Department of Health Ensure information flows are appropriate and that the data maintained within the all workforce related systems is maintained to the Trusts quality standards. Further develop the Trusts understanding of available information, its application and benefits to managers. Ensure data confidentiality is maintained and the appropriate level of access is granted to users of workforce related systems. Work alongside the Recruitment Team to collect and analyse applicant data to provide information related to recruitment activity. Undertake annual audits of data held within the database and as necessary validate the data held with individual members of staff. Maintain and develop the workforce systems web pages to inform and

support staff in the use and functionality of these systems. Provide advice, training and support to staff on the use of information provision. Achieving the timetables for the provision of information, whilst maintaining accuracy and the quality standards required. Working Pattern: 09:00 - 17:00 although the hours are flexible.
