Project Monitoring and Reporting:

Identify resource constraints and escalate potential issues to the Delivery Manager.

Develop and maintain PMO documentation, including templates, guidelines, and best practices.

Assist project managers in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and issues.

Organise and support project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders on project progress and any deviations.

Support financial forecasting and resource planning activities.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join our client's Project Management Office. The ideal candidate will support to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and align with the organisation's strategic goals. This role involves extensive collaboration with delivery managers, stakeholders, and various departments to track project performance, provide analytical support, and contribute to continuous process improvements., Minimum of 3 years experience in project management, project coordination, or PMO roles., Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
